The Eiffel Tower is a wrought-iron lattice tower on the Champ de Mars in Paris, France. It is named after the engineer Gustave Eiffel, whose company designed and built the tower.
Begin your Eiffel Tower visit by meeting your guide and listening to an introduction about the monument’s history. Head up to the 2nd floor by elevator and marvel at the sprawling city views that unfurl in front of you as you make your way up this iconic landmark.
After the tour of the 2nd floor, head to the elevators to the summit. At the top, enjoy free time to take in the views of the famous monuments that can be seen the Eiffel Tower summit. See Notre Dame Cathedral, rocadéro Gardens, and the golden dome of the Hôtel des Invalides.
